How to be the person you really are (or how to deal with difficult people)

  1. Stand like a bodhisattva; stand as if the yoga practice is working.
  2. Have an open stance, posture and face. Face up.
  3. Look people in the eye.
  4. Speak gently.
  5. Feel the ground beneath your feet.
  6. Connect to your breath.
